Talia Molina from John Deere shared insights into the diverse career paths available at the John Deere Company to the 8th graders in Financial Literacy. The students explored various roles within John Deere & presented speeches detailing their top career interests & potential pathways to those positions. As these 8th graders prepare for high school, we extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Molina for providing them with valuable exposure to the world of work & career opportunities.
Mr. Baresel's 8th-grade Financial Literacy class also recently participated in an engaging learning simulation! Students took on the roles of producers selling food and consumers making purchases, navigating the challenges of limited resources. This hands-on activity allowed them to experience the dynamics of free markets firsthand as they competed to become the top producer or consumer. A fun & effective way to learn about economic principles!

Brenden passed his 6th grade math goal! On to 7th! Way to go! 💙
