In January and February our girls basketball teams participated in the Heartland Conference. Our seventh grade girls are 4-5, and eighth grade is 3-6, as of February 9. This season's home game leading scorers are Mia Wiggins from seventh grade, averaging 13.5 points per game, and Claire Walsh from eighth grade, averaging 15 points per game, also last recorded on February 9. Our girls' seasons are still going on; you can see the home games posted on the wall by the gym and on our school website. The last game of the season will be February 26 @ Alleman Catholic High School vs. the Seton Catholic Chargers; the time is to be determined. Best of luck to our Lady Jaguars for the rest of their season and all other JCS athletes currently competing in sports.
