Exciting events happening in the month of October! All of this month the student hunger drive continues with bringing in money and cans. It has been super fun to see all of the students participate to help our community! On October 3rd, the blessing of the animals took place and it was so great to see all the families with their pets! On October 10, an assembly with games and fun activities was held to kick off Red-Ribbon week! The Student Council really shined bright! Red-Ribbon week lasted from the 10-17th of October with fun different themes for each week day! On October 13, there was an annual blood drive, and it was wonderful to see all the volunteers! It was so nice to see some of the locals! On October 17, quarter one ended which means we are in quarter 2. A dance was held on October 17 and a great time was had by all. We have fall conferences this week on the 22nd and the 23rd of October with an 11:30 dismissal on the 23rd due to conferences. Fall break will be the 23-27 of October. Grandparents Day is on the 29th, and of course, Halloween on the 31st!
