Booster Club

John Deere Classic Parking
This is possibly the easiest fundraiser anyone can participate in because no one has to sell, collect money or deliver any type of products. All you have to do is volunteer two hours of your time to assist with parking at the John Deere Classic VIP Parking lot located at the Rock Island County Fairgrounds. The Booster Club is responsible for covering two hour time slots from 6 am to 4 pm during the week of the golf classic. For this, the Booster Club earns approximately $1,800.00 yearly. This is used for numerous physical education and athletic purposes at Jordan Catholic School. Once again, all of our students benefit from your gift of time.

You, as the volunteer, will be provided with drinks, snacks, lunch and best of all - tickets to the John Deere Golf Classic. Any parent, grandparent, relative, neighbor, friend or responsible student can volunteer their time to this worthy cause. Depending on the day of the week, we will have two to four people working the gate. Keep your eye out for the sign-up sheet, which comes out at the end of June. Then call a relative, neighbor or friend and pick a day to volunteer your time. Afterwards, head to the classic and enjoy the show.
