What is special about what I do? Working as a teacher I have the ability to impact a students’ life. This is a great reward, the ability to see a student succeed and grow in the classroom. I am able to teach them lessons and skills they will use for the rest of their lives.
What is special about Jordan? The students, families, teachers and staff are what make Jordan so special. The teachers and staff work well together and do everything possible to make sure students feels appreciated and successful in the classroom. The parents are also very essential to the success of Jordan school.
What am I most looking forward to this school year? I am looking forward to the upcoming school year. This year will be filled with new students, staff and the completion of the addition onto the school. This will be a year full of new possibilities and adventures!
Teaching philosophy: I believe that students should have an interactive classroom. Students can use manipulatives and tools to increase their educational experience. Also in a classroom real life examples should be given to students so they are able to make connections from school work to real life situations. This is the best way in which students learn.
